It has been FOREVER since I last posted. I am a horrible blogger and I’m sorry. But it is with great ferver that I return to blog land because today I thought of something that makes me feel absolutely joyful; King Cake!
Yes, I know what you’re thinking (those of you who know what the f king cake is), it is the middle of the summer and as far from Mardi Gras as pretty much possible. Oh yeah, and no one in Baltimore even makes King Cakes because no one in Baltimore really knows whats up.
I’m quitting my job tomorrow to fully pursue my wedding planning, so next week I am going to venture into laminated-dough-land and make myself a giant, glorious, cream-cheese filled king cake. Which I will promptly blog about.
